For many who are visiting, the loss of your beloved pet is either very recent, or will be happening in the near future. On behalf of everyone at Resting Rainbow, please accept our deepest sympathies. We hope that all of the following resources are helpful to you as you navigate through your feelings of grief and loss.
Saying goodbye to your pet can be a tough task to deal with. Many families that deal with the loss of a loved pet find that one of the best ways to deal with the grief is to have a funeral service that honors the memory of their recently deceased pet.
We can pick up your beloved pet from your home or veterinary hospital 24/7, and bring them to our facility where they will be treated with care and respect.
We assure dignified and ethical care of your loved one from beginning to end. Clear and strict identification of each pet in our care from the time of pick up.
The remains of your loved one will be handled with love and care. You will receive: the cremains in an attractive wooden urn, or an urn of your choosing, a certificate of cremation signed by our staff that express our sympathy to you and your family, an impression of one of your pet’s paws in ink or clay if requested and the rainbow bridge poem.
We work with trusted, licensed veterinarians who offer compassionate in-home euthanasia services. Their focus is on providing a peaceful and pain-free transition for pets, in a familiar setting surrounded by loved ones. We’re here to help connect you with professionals who prioritize both comfort and dignity during this difficult time.
We offer an affordable pricing and unparalleled services with the best tracking and record keeping system available.
You will receive a Certificate of Cremation signed by one of our staff that also expresses our sympathy to you and your family.
We can offer a 24 to 48 hour turn-around to provide closure to your loss.
The equipment we use in the cremation process are built to meet government standards regarding emissions and air quality.
The Office Manager is responsible for the administrative and financial duties associated with the office. The Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the store meets its marketing goals, maintaining customer relations, and supervising the staff. The Office Manager reports directly to and follows the instructions of the owner. To function efficiently as a store manager, previous management experience should be required, preferably in a pet-related business. Priority should be given to promoting an existing staff member before hiring an outside manager. Office Managers must be able to train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of other staff members.
This employee must always look his/her very best! Clean uniforms, shoes, and hair are a must. This position is critical because they are the first employees the guest will meet upon entering the office and the last as the guest leaves. This employee must provide empathetic and knowledgeable support to your valued clients. The employee should find out if it is the guest’s first time utilizing the services of Resting Rainbow Pet Cremation. If so, the intake procedure should be explained.
Qualifications: Animal lovers are a must. Prior experience in a medical/pet/veterinarian-related field or after-care industry is desired but not required. Must be a high school graduate or educational equivalent and be able to read, write, and speak clearly in English so that written and verbal instructions can be followed. For this position, obtaining a Crematory Operator Certification is a crucial qualification; we highly recommend the online Certified Pet Crematory Operator program offered by IAOPCC/CANA. This certification not only signifies a commitment to safe and ethical pet cremation practices but also assures clients that their beloved pets are being handled with the utmost respect and care. It demonstrates a dedication to upholding the highest industry standards, which is paramount in providing a trustworthy and compassionate service to grieving pet owners. The certification program equips cremator operators with the specialized knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles with professionalism and integrity, ultimately contributing to the reputation and success of your pet cremation Franchise.
Qualifications: A qualified Removal/Delivery Driver for a pet cremation service must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record, showcasing responsible and safe driving skills. They should also possess the physical fitness necessary to lift and transport pets of various sizes, demonstrating adaptability to different situations. They must also exhibit compassion, empathy, and sensitivity when interacting with grieving pet owners, offering essential support during a delicate time. Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for accurate pet identification and documentation to prevent potential errors. Additionally, maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to a dress code are essential in creating a positive impression on clients. Familiarity with specialized transportation equipment, such as lifts or carriers, is beneficial, and completion of required training programs or certifications related to pet handling and transportation is essential.
