Dr. Will Thames
Will has over thirty years of experience in clinical and corporate management in the field of Rehabilitation. He has a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with a concentration in Practice Management & Administration, a Master of Science in Business Management, and is an Athletic Trainer. His thirty-year career has included marketing for growth, securing contracts with physician providers, planning and managing teams to meet productivity goals, hiring and firing personnel, and leadership roles at the administrative level.
He has been a Regional Vice President with Integrity Rehab Group, the COO of PT Solutions, and the Director of Rehab Services for Baptist Health Systems. He is currently the Manager of Hand and Occupational Therapy for North Florida Bone & Joint and will be the managing partner for Resting Rainbow of Alabama.
Dr. Bobbie-Ann S. Thames
Bobbie-Ann has over 30 years in healthcare including direct patient care and numerous leadership and management positions. She has a Doctor of Occupational Therapy with a concentration in Practice Management & Administration, and her Master of Science in Education. She currently works with Will at North Florida Bone and Joint Specialists.
During her employment with Rehab Associates, PT Solutions, and Integrity Rehab Group she held clinic director positions and was involved in training new therapists, managing departmental budgets to meet productivity targets, and working with large industries in Central Alabama to secure Industrial Rehabilitation contracts. She was the Clinical Educator at Baptist Health Systems in Central Alabama, for three hospitals for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy personnel and support personnel.
Will and Bobbie-Ann have been blessed with several dogs in their thirty-six years of marriage. They lost all 3 of their elderly dogs in less than one year and are currently in search of a new fur baby to add to their family.
